Moseley Residence, Pasadena, CA 1999
This was the last house designed by Donald Hensman.
Perched on a spectacular lot above the Rose Bowl it enjoys a one hundred and eighty degree view of the San Gabriel Valley all they way out to the Mt. San Jacinto on a clear day.
The house was designed to have two views. The main view across the valley and, in the other direction, a view across the pool court to a water curtain and a carved Northwest Coast totem behind.
As a one story stucco house, it intentionally blends into the surrounding hillside landscape through its color and landscape.
